Robert is the CEO and Founder of JH Capital Partners which is a diversified real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring single family housing (SFH) and multi-family housing (MFH) that have been under performing, undervalued assets and implementing value-added projects, reducing operational cost, and stabilizing the projects to reposition them to market value.
We feel that our management team, partners, and advisors have the unique experience to deliver exceptional true value to our investors, with developing strategic hands-on and proven operational plans, reducing risk, and delivering stabilized MFH and SFH assets returns for our investors.
With over 60 years’ of collective experience in managing every aspect of real estate projects, we are even more persistent when it comes to protecting our investors capital, alongside our capital invested, to provide optimized returns. This has earned the trust of partners, investors, property management companies, and lenders.
For the past 25 years, Robert has worked in management as Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, and most recently as Global Leader in Sourcing, with Fortune 500 companies like Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer, HP, and GE Healthcare. Mr. Jackson started my studies at Bowie State University, and finished at George Washington University, with a specialization in Project Management and certification as PMP.
In addition to JH Capital Partners, Robert was the CEO and founder of YouthTrac Foundation, Inc., Executive Director of DC Blue Devils Basketball, Principal Partner of JH Holdings, LLC, and Owner of Atlantic Maids over the past 25 years. With a strong background in project management, real estate investment, and sports management, Robert is well-versed in nonprofit leadership, philanthropic capital raising, youth mentorship, event hosting, team building, and logistics management.

Mark Kenney is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dallas-based, Think Multifamily, and leading Multi Family Acquisition & Educational company that has a passion for helping others succeed in the multifamily arena.
Mark and his wife Tamiel started their real estate career over 25 years ago and has extensive experience in property valuation, acquisition, operations, and delivering successfully equity returns to their investors. They have invested in over 15,000 plus multifamily apartment units (over $1 billon AUM) and a reputation for providing exceptional value to investors. His properties have had notable success in eliminating deferred maintenance and bringing creative value-add improvements, modernizing touches that provide better management, collections, and an improved overall environment for tenants.

Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PLLC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to our local community. Kelley Clarke currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principal offices in Prosper, Texas, and Santa Barbara, California. Throughout Mr. Kelley’s 18 years of experience, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts, administrative courts, and arbitration. Jennifer Colacicco
Investor Relations Manager
Jennifer is the Investment Manager for JH Capital Partners and is actively involved in all aspects of acquisition, investor relations, fund administrations, investment presentations, and marketing. While concentrating on investor relations deliverables and managing the relationship between the company and our investors, she is also responsible for cultivating investor relationships and raising capital to fund the acquisition of JH Capital Partner properties. Jennifer ensures relationships with investors, the company, and the property are the best fit to maximize the experience and opportunity. She communicates with investors to keep them abreast of current and upcoming investments.
Prior to joining JH Capital Partners, Jennifer ran her own single family (SFH) homes investment company in the Tampa Bay, Florida market, that focused on wholesaling and flipping homes. She has leveraged her vast network of real estate professionals, investors, brokers, JV partners, lenders, and buyers to achieve a close ratio of 95% in the SFH space. Jennifer is an expert in building and cultivating relationships and is well known in her market for being a connector and real maker!
Along with the BFA she earned in digital art and technology, which gave her an edge in marketing aspect of Real Estate, she is also actively involved and works closely with the largest REIA in the Tampa Bay area giver her exposes to a wide network of professionals, that has been a great asset to her transition in the CRE and Multi Family space. Additionally, she has sharpened her skill set in the Multi Family space by taken rigorous courses in Multi Family syndication, investment, and fund-raising campaign.
Catherine J. Griffin
OFFICE MANAGER
Cathy oversees our day-to-day operations, transitions, and clients support that concentrates on all aspects of the company’s operational activities. She had hands-on experience of multitasking, client support, bookkeeping, quickbooks online, fleet management, payroll, and CRM system management.
Catherine has a strong affinity and skillset for balancing family life and running a small business by multitasking between family and career aspirations. She uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage and oversee office staff, interacting with clients, managing daily finances of the business.
Cathy has worked for over 20 years’ working for several major customer service corporations such as Comfort Inn, Sears, JC Penny, WalMart and Atlantic Maids as Office Manager and Client services representative. She finished her studies at Central Luzon Institute of Technology in bookkeeping.
